Words are my jam. I graduated with a degree in English, and I’ve been writing copy for more than 15 years: medical, financial, fitness—you name it. I craft content that runs the gamut from highly technical to refreshingly conversational.
My brain is 25% creative, 25% analytical, 25% Coach Taylor motivational speeches, and 25% unabashed enthusiasm for Dolly Parton.

I’ve held several professional writing and leadership positions where I’ve delivered copy for social, mobile, print, radio, and video. I also specialize in healthcare and executive ghost writing.
When I’m not tip-tapping away on a keyboard, I’m either playing sports or painting.
On the field, I’ve won lacrosse coach of the year, two state championships, and I’ve made it my mission to make sports more accessible and affordable to all. I'm also an active floorball athlete representing Team USA, with experience competing in multiple international competitions.
On the painting easel, I have won no awards.
