I’m a copywriter, creative leader, and coach.

I’ve spent 16 years in healthcare and tech, writing for national brands, leading creative teams, and turning complex topics into conversational content.

Outside of writing, I coached lacrosse for over a decade, won two state championships, helped athletes reach Division I programs, and built Austin’s first coed recreational lacrosse club.

I’m also the GM for the U.S. Women’s National Floorball Team. In 2026, I assembled our first women’s team for the 3v3 World Championship and I’m now preparing for the World Championship Qualifiers in Spain.

Off the clock, you’ll find me with my sweet dog Birdie, making art, visiting family in Arizona, or playing just about every sport under the sun.
